Due to the huge volume of bookings the salon works on a "Request booking basis"
Select Your Service: Choose the service you want and click on "Request Booking."
Fill in Your Details: Complete the required information and submit your request.
Confirmation Email: You'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your request.
Review and Approval: The salon will review your request and either confirm the appointment or suggest a different time.
Deposit Payment: Your booking is confirmed once you pay the deposit via the link provided.
All appointments must be made through our online booking system.
Please ensure you select the correct service when booking.
If you’re unsure which service to choose, contact us before confirming your appointment.
Booking confirmations will be sent once your appointment is successfully scheduled.
By completing your booking, you agree to our salon policies.
To ensure the best results and proper time management:
Shorter services are available throughout the day.
Longer services (over 2–3 hours) are reserved for morning appointments only.
Morning bookings allow us to complete detailed styles without rushing.
If a long service is booked incorrectly in the afternoon, we may need to reschedule.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Hair should be clean and detangled unless a wash service is included in your booking.
Please inform us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions.
Make sure to clearly communicate the hairstyle you would like before your service begins.
Final prices may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and complexity.
We aim to maintain a welcoming, calm, and respectful environment.
Only clients with appointments should attend unless agreed in advance.
Personal belongings remain your responsibility during your visit.
We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary to maintain safety and professionalism.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Please ensure your child’s hair is detangled unless a wash service is booked.
For safety reasons, we may pause or reschedule if a child becomes too distressed.
Some services may require parental consent.
We ask all clients to be respectful and mindful during appointments.

We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.

We do not offer refunds.
We strongly encourage all clients to clearly discuss their desired hairstyle before the appointment begins.
If you experience any concerns, please contact us within 24–48 hours so we can assess and assist where appropriate.
Adjustments may be offered at our discretion.
Refunds will not be provided for:
-Change of mind
-Incorrect service selection
-Dissatisfaction due to personal preference after completion
